We offer Pargo shipping ( Est 2-5 days) and Home delivery ( Est 1-3 days) shipping for South African orders under R500. Customers with orders over R600 enjoy free shipping via Pargo Home delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing and shipping of your order. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Refunds
All our hair products are fresh to order therefore all sales are final, there will be no refunds or exchanges unless it’s an incorrect order. Allow 5 working days for refund processing of defective or incorrect order. You will be refunded on all the accessories within 5 working days.
Returns
We Only accept returns when the product has defects like breakages at No Cost to the customer, the customer is liable to send proof of the defect. We also accept returns if there was a mixed up with the product. Return window for defects or products mixed up is up to 30 days. Item must be in their original packaging.
